Beyond core FF&E, we take on FF&E-adjacent scopes when a project needs them, the fixed interior elements that have to line up precisely with the furniture and finishes: wardrobes, vanities, headboards, casegoods, wall paneling, and built-in cabinetry. We handle these alongside the FF&E rather than as a separate trade, so the interfaces, materials, and sequencing hold together instead of falling between contractors.

This is work we know across hotels and resorts, and just as often palaces, high-end residential, and serviced residences, where the detailing and consistency have to be exact. We work directly with the contractors, developers, and clients driving each project, which is what lets us keep material continuity and clean interfaces across every interior element.

We are often asked whether we have our own factory. We do not, and that is deliberate. A firm tied to its own factory has to fill it, which means steering you toward what its machines make, at its price. We are not tied to anyone’s. We have access to the world’s factories, and more importantly we know what each one can do, what it should cost, and how it actually works. That independence is what lets us match every piece to the right maker, rather than the nearest one.

This matters most right now in Saudi Arabia. As the Kingdom opens to tourism and builds hospitality at pace, international brands need partners who can deliver to their standard on the ground. That is the role we are built for, supporting brand and developer growth across KSA and the wider GCC.
